Also. I found a line baseurl=http://vault.centos.org/$contentdir/$releasever/BaseOS/Source/ in /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Sources.repo for CentOS 8 which makes it impossible to download latest source rpm files. If I change that line to baseurl=http://vault.centos.org/8.1.1911/BaseOS/Source/ , I can download latest source rpm files. Regards.
