[CentOS-devel] CentOS 8 Stream: updated rpm, dnf, and systemd

Howdy everyone,

The CentOS team is pleased to announce that we have updated the rpm, dnf,
and systemd packages in CentOS 8 Stream.  These updates have already been
published and are propagating out to the mirror network now.  We're hoping
to get developer feedback on these packages to help demonstrate the value of
Stream and identify any potential issues before they make their way into
RHEL and regular CentOS.  We've listed notable features from these updates
