[CentOS-devel] CentOS 8.2 Devel repo is empty

As the subject says, the CentOS 8.2 (2004) Devel repo is empty.[1]

On behalf of the EPEL community, we would really like this repo re-populated.

Also, on behalf of the EPEL community, we would also like the rest of
the packages that have been requested [2] to either be added to Devel,
or at least given a reason why they aren't.

If there is already a bug/issue open for this repo being empty, please
point me to it.
Otherwise I will open a bug/issue.
