there are a few options here, Red Hat is no longer funding continuity
past keeping-the-lights-on. So if we are to see a path ongoing, its
going to need to come from the community ( folks that work at redhat or
otherwise ).

we've done some work to see how much of the flow and pocess part of the
work done in the container pipeline can also be used/merged/integrated
into quay.io, the hosted service.

the real value in the container pipeline is the flows and integration
for workload/base, not so much the hosting destination - the hosting
part will almost certainly just move to quay.io in the coming months.
