This is not the correct mailing list to report problems with EPEL packages.

It's also not the correct solution. You should not install packages
intended for other distributions on CentOS 8. The correct thing to do is
to go to https://bugzilla.redhat.com and raise a ticket there in the
Fedora EPEL section and request that the cups-pdf maintainer supports
RHEL/CentOS 8.
