I am working on it now (the latest update) .. it should be pushed in a
few minutes.

Plus has to lag a bit compared to c8l and c7 updates .. I am also
pushing the el7 updates right now.

WRT CentOSPlus on 8 stream .. I am not opposed to maintaining it.

Whether or not Akemi (toracat) will maintain the Plus kernel, I have no
idea.  I have no issue maintaining the pgp version of thunderbird (since
I use it and plan to continue using it on 8 stream).
