Thank you to everyone who provided nominations for the upcoming board of directors term. We received 11 nominations. Seven of those candidates have accepted the nomination and will be on the ballot. Two have declined and two have been, thus far, completely unresponsive after several attempts to contact them. The nominations are now closed. The sitting directors will consider these nominees, and their acceptance statements, over the coming weeks. The vote will occur in the JANUARY Board meeting, and the new directors will serve in their first meeting in FEBRUARY.
