Yep, same here. I used my existing personal account (created back before I
joined Red Hat), and logged in at https://developers.redhat.com/register.
This made me agree to some terms and then dropped me at
https://developers.redhat.com/confirmation. Having done that, at https://access.redhat.com/management/subscriptions
I see that I now have a Red Hat developer subscription. Cool.
