[CentOS-devel] Non-modular libuv 1.38 is filtered out by modules

Ok, this is fixed by:
find /var/cache/dnf -type f -exec rm {} \;

Previously having installed modular libuv, libuv-devel from
epel-modular may have left some debris.

Sorry for the noise.
