I'm actually not aware of what platform FOSDEM is using. Red Hat OSPO (Open Source Program Office) has a Hopin account and is letting us use that. Also, I used Hopin to run the recent ApacheCon event for the Apache Software Foundation, so I have some experience with how it works. --Rich
