We're still working on this.  As a start, all of the content is
publicly accessible in koji.

We'd definitely like to avoid regressions.  If you notice issues like
that, please report them in bugzilla against the distribution
component and we'll try to clean them up unless the package is slated
for removal entirely.  A major release is quite an undertaking and the
rare opportunity for large amounts of change which can cause issues
like that, so help is certainly appreciated.
