I just wanted to follow up on this thread as I think Jethro asked a great question and received some great responses. As already noted, Bex is the voice of Red Hat on the Board, but there are other Red Hatters serving on the Board who represent everyone who contributes to and/or uses the project. While I can definitely understand Jethro's decision for not nominating himself and respect it, I also hope the best candidates for the position are nominated no matter what company they work for, otherwise I think we do a disservice to the Community.
