[CentOS-devel] [EPEL-devel] RHEL moving to issues.redhat.com only long term

The package I need is redhat-lsb-core.
I built the package, and its dependencies on RHEL 9 from SRPMs
downloaded from an RHEL 8 instance.
I am using a developer subscription of Red Hat.
