Nope, like I said, I can submit in CentOS "product" 
directly, but in RHEL I cannot. When I wanted to send a 
request/report about it directly to Redhat - for emailing 
help@ seems was removed as way of communication - portal 
says I have no access/agreement or some such thing.

I refused to agree with those claiming that Redhat as a 
company is deteriorating in front of everybody's eyes so I 
continued to use Centos, but will have to re-think my stance 
on it.
