It's up. Did some minor editing and revisioning (spell checking -- btw,
the wiki spellchecker dictionary seems rather poor, and did not accept
my additions into it), removed the IRC log, etc, and added a preliminary
paragraph about the commitment to maintain the package.

About that "commitment" thing, I'm thrashing it out with Karan off-list
(hope to have a finished version soon), when it's ready I will complement
the above page with it.

Any sugestions, critics, corrections etc are welcome.
