[Centos-docs] FAQs and Wiki

Okay. I put the FAQs on <http://wiki.centos.org/FAQs> (and revised them
a little bit, meaning that I threw out the one or the other question).
As I wrote them offline - can someone please go through these FAQs and
look if I missed a link or something?
