[Centos-docs] VNC Remote Install Disk

When I looked into doing this a while ago, I had not seen a way to do 
exactly what I was hoping to accomplish (or at least I never found it) - 
and that is being able to dump in the disk with no 
keyboard/mouse/monitor and go. There were certain interactions with the 
keyboard (IE media checks, etc) to get the install to actually start.

Does that make sense?
