a) That guide looks relatively complete to me.

b) A somewhat, ermm, less colourful language would be preferred ... >:)

c) There already is a sort of Migration Guide on the wiki
   <http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/MigrationGuide> - can you look over
   that to see if what you wrote fits into there, somehow? Or if you
   think that a complete rewrite of parts of that is needed?
 
d) If you come to the conclusion that a rewrite is needed, just shout in
   here, I'll give you editing rights for that page (or a new page)
   then.
