How can I do that in the wiki? Anchors, etc

Yes, this must be done. Now those repositories issues are gonna be
called "Step 3", because it's not actually needed for rebuilding the
rpms or deploying the -compat rpms.

I'm gonna work on this wiki whenever I have time, keep sending your
suggestions, and even edited texts if you think it is faster (English
is not natural to me).
