One more change: I added a CC-license link to the bottom of the wiki
(and replaced the MoinMoin Powered, Python Powered with it):

a) Should this be moved to somewhere else on the page?

b) Should we use the "smaller" image from
<http://creativecommons.org/license/results-one?license_code=by-sa&wiki=true&lang=en>?

c) This needs a small patch to the CSS:
