To answer my own question, kernelnewbies.org maintains a history of kernel
changes. Googling "r8169 site:kernelnewbies.org" gave me my answer.
The 6.x-NAPI driver has *not* been integrated in the main kernel. Checking a
recently installed 220.127.116.11 kernel, I still see 2.2LK-NAPI.
