Relevant changes in modern-CentOS-1.6-4
- Move searchform out of editbar. Now it is on navibar right side.
- Remove border-top on header's editbar.
- Adjust navibar padding.

Maybe just the google ads now :)
Could be possible to reduce the google ads height, just make it a
line, so that we could put it on the user info line, at the right side
of the page? This way the pagelocation links are not affected. What do
you think ?
