[CentOS-docs] iptables article for Wiki

Dear list,

A draft of the IPTables HOWTO is now up at:

At this stage I would very much appreciate any comments/corrections.

Also, if anyone would like to build on this to take it further, feel 
free to do so - I feel I've covered the basics but there is so much more 
that could be included should someone have the time and inclination.
