Personally, I prefer to filter at the firewall level against source IPs, but of course that's just my preference :) David - sorry, I don't speak fluent sed, but I assume you're suggesting limiting the protocol to SSH2 only? ie, editing /etc/ssh/sshd_config to: # Protocol 2,1 Protocol 2
