I've been having a quick look at tweaking SA configuration so might write some more on that and I can also check the SELinux stuff as needed. WRT testing, take a look in the amavisd documentation in /usr/share/doc/amavisd-new-2.5.4/test-messages. The README describes how to inject the supplied spam and virus test messages which may be worth adding: sendmail -i your-address at example.com <sample-virus-simple.txt or you could use your own spam messages if you have any for testing (I've been playing with testing DNSBLs and URIBLs). Funnily enough, I saw your updates but SpamAssassin blocked and quarantined the auto-notification email from the Wiki because it contained the gtube string you'd added giving it a score of 1000!
