I have figured out that the MoinMoin version on CentOS.org does not
support these Parameters. The SystemInfo page told me that we are
currently using 1.5.8 and these new options have been introduced with
1.6.

So my question is now if it's possible to upgrade the MoinMoin version
to a more current version like 1.7.0?
