Ok, lets summarize it:

Against: There is no hierarchy where www is the "top", the www site is
appalling, www isn't updated.

For: www has links to wiki, website, forums, mirrors, projects, bug.

And do I hear a split between the maintainers of www and wiki ? That's
unfortunate because that bad for CentOS branding and trust.

I dont see www and the wiki or the forum a it's own entity, its a part
of http://centos.org/ !?!? And if the http://centos.org/ is crap
shouldn't it be addressed and discussed in a proper topic so it can be
redesigned ? And I agree the http://centos.org/ is looking like a pole
with adds on it.

So my question is it a hierarchy with http://centos.org/ on the top
and bugs and wiki as subs to it ?

Answer: Yes / No
