[CentOS-docs] Edit request for DirectoryServerSetup

Hi,

I'd like to make (or request) a change to
http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/DirectoryServerSetup.

This still lists the testing repository as the current location for the
centos-ds packages. However, as of May 2009, they are now in the extras
repository[1].

It would be nice to add some additional quick steps to this page as
well, such as running ds-admin-setup.pl, registering with another master
server etc. I know this information is in the upstream docs, but it's
sometimes nice to have a quick-start type guide available when you're
just trying things out.
