I would like to request documentation on manually configuring the modified grub. specifically the syntax for encrypted root volumes and booting off volumes on other drives. alternately recomendations on a well documented boot loader would be helpful. i have read the old grub doc and some of the new grub doc although the newer grub has a silly amount of control and function, i don't care about eye candy in a boot loader though i've even seen it in a bios.
