[CentOS-docs] Hi

Hi Boyan,

it is usually custom to:
- ask for a specific page which you would like to translate
- create an account on the wiki
- you will then get a personal homepage, and a page where you have edit 
rights and where you can start the translation
- Once that is done, that page can be put into the right place.

You do are aware that the wiki is somewhat large and has lots of pages...?
