Hello, I've finally got some time to attend to documentation. I've updated https://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories/CentOSPlus to include details on what is the difference between a default CentOS kernel and the Plus kernel, in a general way, with instructions on how to get specifics, and a current example.
