[CentOS-docs] Marek Blaha introduction

Thanks Alan,

now I have access to configmanagement sig part of wiki, but
unfortunately I'm not able to edit YUM4 page (which I'll need most):

Also - can I have a personal homepage set? I'm sorry I didn't mention
