[CentOS-es] problemas con yum en centos 5

Hola amigos

despues de realizar una instalacion manual de fgs, mi yum dejo de funcionar
y cuando hago por ejemplo:

yum install XYZ

me sale el siguiente mensaje

He ido a la direccion que hay al final del mensaje que me da, y lo que
entiendo es que es un problema con mi python, en otros sitios web, lo que
dicen es que es problema del python-elementtree, he reinstalado estos
paquetes

libxml2-python-2.6.26-2.1.2.i386.rpm
python-2.4.3-19.el5.i386.rpm
python-elementtree-1.2.6-5.i386.rpm
python-sqlite-1.1.7-1.2.1.i386.rpm
yum-3.0.5-1.el5.centos.2.noarch.rpm
