No, no es necesario, el mensaje te dice q recompiles PHP es cierto, pero
tambien dice SI ESO NO ES POSIBLE q setees el valor de memory_limit a un
valor suficientemente alto.

yo generalmente coloco ese valor en 256 MB en todos mis servidores. y
Horde me anda de lo mas tranquilo con ese valor ^_^
