[CentOS-es] ayuda con este mensaje

Uso el qmail y ese mensaje le salio a un usuario, y no se que quiere 
decir ese msj, ya anteriormente me habías respondido diciendo que ha 
sido banneado del servidor, ahora ya pero cuales son los motivos por el 
cual se produzca ese error. Disculpa si te soy muy molesto.
