[CentOS-es] Saludos, error formateando una memoria USB

Hola listeros,
Tengo un problema con una memoria USB, que anteriormente indicaba que
era de 4 GB, pero se reiniciaba en ocasiones, y pensando que podia ser
algún problema de estructura del HD, empeze a particionarla con FDisk,
luego de esto, solo me reconoce 1 GB, aqui le envio adjunto al final el
fragmento de messages donde se nota el cambio de la capacidad.
Se pueden ver mensajes como "p1 size 8380449 extends beyond EOD,
truncated" y mas adelante "p1 size 8378402 extends beyond EOD, enabling
native capacity".
Sin embargo, el lsusb me dice
"Bus 001 Device 003: ID 10d6:1101 Actions Semiconductor Co., Ltd D-Wave
2GB MP4 Player / AK1025 MP3/MP4 Player"
Que les parece, como puedo resolver el problema??
