[CentOS-gsocadmin] Fwd: Fwd: GSoC 2015 Org Admins: Mentor Stipends + GSoC Mentor Summit Travel Payments

I'm not sure either. In the past all the organizations I've been
involved with usually routed the mentor stipend monies to other NPOs
who have immediate plans with the funds.

If that is the best/optimal/quickest way to close this item (the clock
is running out on us), I'd vote for it.
