[CentOS-mirror] Mirror Changes - Important

The urls listed at http://centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=13
for us should be:

http://centos.westmancom.com/
ftp://centos.westmancom.com/

Without the centos/ path added at the end of each.
