[CentOS-mirror] New mirror set up

I have set up a new public Tier1 mirror for CentOS at http://mirror.futureflex.nl/centos/. This mirror is HTTP only and feeds directly from our main backbone in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We have capped the mirror to OC3 (155mbps) capacity and set it to rsync every hour.

The bandwidth services are provided by ourselves, FutureFlex B.V., http://www.futureflex.nl/.
