[CentOS-mirror] New Canadian Mirror

Hello Folks,

	I hope that you are well. Is this correct place to ask for 
ftp.telus.net/pub/centos to be listed as a mirror ? If not where would be the 
correct place. I am currently rsync'ing the files.
