[CentOS-mirror] rsync at centos.crazyfrogs.org

Hi, i'm the maintainer of crazyfrogs.org, i just updated the conf of my
rsync from 10 to 100 simultaneous connexions.
I just forgot that this service could be widely used :-)
It's updated, you shouldn't have this issue anymore
