The NCSU mirror (ftp.linux.ncsu.edu) has finished switching over.

ftp://ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/centos
rsync://ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/CentOS

We are only mirroring centos now and don't intend to pick up cAos.
