[CentOS-mirror] mirror.nsc.liu.se offline - hardware failure

the irony..

I was just about to send an official announcement for this mirror (it has been 
online and on the mirror page for a while) but now I'll have to send an 
offline announcement :-(

Anyway, the mirror has some kind of powersupply related hardware problem and 
it is at the time unknown when it will be back in service.
