Not sure how we are going to list this one ? we expect mirrors to be a 
complete rsync mirror including the OS/ and ISOS/ tree's.

Lance, Johnny, what do you think ? Should we maybe list this at the 
bottom of the page as a hard coded link in there somewhere ?

Just having it listed along with the other mirrors, will have people 
trying to use it as a repository mirror.
