[CentOS-mirror] Mirror Hosting

We would prefer that you mirror the entire tree. However, if its only 
one Release that you wish to mirror - thats fine too.

As you can see from the present mirror list { 
http://www.centos.org/mirrors }, we could really use a few more complete 
mirrors.
