[CentOS-mirror] CentOS 3.7 on its way to mirrors

We have just started the process of pushing CentOS 3.7 for all 
architectures out to mirrors.

This will take an additional 15GB approx until 3.6 is removed, which will 
happen once 3.7 is announced and the 3/ symlink is changed.

We will announce 3.7 once sufficient mirrors have synced to allow access 
to iso downloads.
