Subject: [CentOS-mirror] New update system
All,
We are currently testing a new update system that will dynamically
generate mirrorlists for CentOS updates.
http://www.centos.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=118
This system will be making more extensive use of external CentOS
mirrors, so if you are providing a CentOS mirror, expect that the
utilization of your mirror by CentOS users will go up after we move this
system out of testing and into production in the next couple of days.
We have also redesigned our web page for Mirrors, and we would like to
include a link to your personal/business website if you are providing a
CentOS mirror.
Please send a link that you would like to have people visit (and your
mirror name) and we will put it on the new page.

Thanks,
Johnny Hughes
