The Virginia Tech mirror HTTP and FTP links point to incorrect paths.

Current:
http://mirror.cs.vt.edu/pub/CentOS/centos/
Correct:
http://mirror.cs.vt.edu/pub/CentOS/

Current:
ftp://mirror.cs.vt.edu/pub/CentOS/centos/
Correct:
ftp://mirror.cs.vt.edu/pub/CentOS

There is no need to add the /centos/ to the end of the path.  If you 
need to be able to add the /centos/ for archive accuracy or whatever, 
just point to {ftp|http}://mirror.cs.vt.edu/pub/ - pub/centos now 
symlinks to pub/CentOS.
