[CentOS-mirror] Only .torrents to mirrors?

Using 2.0 on kernel.org, but on a 64-bit box.

2.0 doesn't have an inherent problem with large files, but I gather 
RedHat didn't want to recompile it in such a way to break all the 
plugins on 32-bit boxes.
