(It might be faster to sync from an outside source like you are already doing) Mirrors that sync the DVDs from centos.org are approved individually and allowed in by IP address. Is that mirror (mirror.chpc.utah.edu) making the connection directly or will you have a different IP hitting the mirrors ... I added the IP I got from your mirrors name lookup. After a server is added, you can sync via: msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS-incdvd (I added your machine's IP, so if it is connecting out with that IP, you should be able to sync now.
